Netera is a digital platform that operates as a technical intermediary connecting:
- Service Providers (companies / individuals)
- Service Seekers (companies / entrepreneurs / individuals)
Netera is NOT:
- A party to any contract between users
- Responsible for the implementation, quality or results of any service
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using or registering on the Netera platform, you:
- Acknowledge your complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms
- Commit to all associated policies
- Accept legal responsibility for your use of the platform
If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform.
3. Eligibility
To use the platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to contract
- Provide accurate and truthful information
Netera reserves the right to refuse or suspend any account without providing reasons.
4. Nature of Service
- Netera does not guarantee the completion of any transaction
- Does not guarantee the number or quality of requests
- Does not guarantee contracting between parties
Netera's role is limited to:
- Providing the platform
- Organizing the request and matching process
- Facilitating communication within the permitted framework
5. Accounts and Data
- The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their account
- Any activity conducted through the account is attributed to its owner
- Sharing accounts with others is prohibited
6. Fees and Payment (if applicable)
- All fees are clearly stated
- Netera reserves the right to modify prices with notice
- Refunds are not allowed except according to the refund policy
7. Account Suspension or Termination
Netera reserves the right to:
- Suspend the account temporarily or permanently
- Delete content or requests
- Take legal action when necessary
In cases of:
- Misuse
- Fraud
- Providing misleading information
- Policy violations
8. Limitation of Liability
Netera is not responsible for:
- Any financial losses
- Any disputes between users
- Any direct or indirect damages
9. Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute shall be subject to Egyptian jurisdiction.

Netera may only be used for:
- Requesting genuine services
- Providing legal services
- Professional communication related to requests
3. Prohibited Use
Strictly prohibited:

- ❌ Using the platform for illegal purposes
- ❌ Circumventing Netera's commission
- ❌ Off-platform communication to complete deals without permission
- ❌ Spam or unauthorized advertising
- ❌ Manipulating prices or ratings
- ❌ Abuse, threats or defamation
4. Penalties
In case of violation:
- Warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent suspension
- Withholding earnings
- Legal action
5. Reporting
Any user has the right to report misuse, and Netera commits to reviewing the complaint and taking appropriate action.

- However, 100% security cannot be guaranteed on the internet
